Mr. Abercrombie is a professional management executive who has a wide background of business experience. Mr. Abercrombie has degrees in Business Management, Marketing/Finance and studies in Petroleum Engineering and Geology. He has held key management positions with Natural Resources Group, a subsidiary division of W.R. Grace Companies. He has also owned and managed his own drilling and well servicing company, and oil & gas production companies in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. He has drilled, acquired and participated in over two hundred oil and gas properties in his petroleum industry career. Mr. Abercrombie has held professional licenses in real estate and securities investments, and has a successful track record for managing various corporate investment portfolios over the last twenty years.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Mr. O'Neill graduated from Loyola University majoring in Marketing and Finance. Mr. O'Neill has taken advanced studies from the University of Pennsylvania "Wharton School" in both Finance and Management of Oil and Gas Exploration Risk. Mr. O'Neill has engaged in financing and managing several different Oil companies since 1976 and worked with annual drilling budgets in excess of $20 million dollars. The companies conducted operations in eight states.
Mr. O'Neill is experienced in all phases of oil and gas exploration including prospect generation, leasehold acquisition, drilling, completing and production. Mr. O'Neill has also provided consulting services to various oil and gas industry and investor groups.
